Kristy is our manager here at StretchMed in Arlington. After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in Business Management, she spent some time working as the operations manager at Lululemon Burlington. She is currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED Certified and a Certified Stretch Therapist. Kristy is a lifelong athlete and believes that consistent stretching and mobility work will keep anyone active for a lifetime. She is a passionate fan of the sport of running and triathlon.
Frances is our Assistant Manager here at StretchMed Arlington. She has been a Nationally Certified Orthopedic Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Injury Prevention and Rehab Specialist, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Coach for almost 20 years. Most recently, after feeling the benefits of assisted PNF stretching, she became a Certified Stretch Therapist. She understands the importance of prevention through consistent self-care, keeping the body balanced to avoid injury, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
